Paul Simons, Chairman 
Mr. Simons is the president and CEO of Credit Union 1 in Illinois. Prior to this role, he was CEO of Paysaver Credit Union from 1987-1999. He is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati and a member of CUES. He has also served as vice chairman of the Illinois Governor's Board of Credit Union Advisors.

Craig Bradley
Mr. Bradley is CEO of Kane County Teachers Credit Union in Illinois, where he has worked since 1977. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, a member of CUES and an active volunteer with Junior Achievement. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Elgin Lions Club.

Jack Sheets
Mr. Sheets is CEO of Interra Credit Union where he has served since 1976. He is a graduate of McPherson College, a member of the CUNA Governmental Affairs State Sub-committee and Indiana's trustee to the Credit Union Legislative Action Committee (CULAC). He is also a recipient of the Indiana Credit Union League's 2002 Professional Achievement Award.

Dennis R. Adams, CPA, CFP 
Mr. Adams, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner, is president and CEO of ESI and its parent company, ASI. Previously he served as ASI's chief financial officer and vice president of risk management from 1986 to 1990.  Mr. Adams has been an adjunct instructor and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He has been involved in the credit union movement since 1976.

G. Duane Welsh
Mr. Welsh is the corporate secretary of ESI. He is a former Ohio deputy attorney general, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor of Law degree from Capital University.
